Call, email, or express interest online. We'll ask a few simple questions about what you need and how you'll cover rent.

Quick eligibility check
We confirm a home is a fit. We work with people who have thin credit, a past eviction, or a record — case by case.
We can't house anyone who needs 24-hour care, or registered offenders, due to the 1,000-ft rule.

Tour the home
Once you're a fit, we share the address and set up a walkthrough so you can see the home and meet the house manager.

Sign your agreement
A simple month-to-month license agreement — not a long lease — with one clear monthly rate that includes utilities.

Move in & settle in
Your furnished room is ready. A house manager is on site, and we check in to make sure you're doing well.
